Call for demos

The 2022 European Conference on Computer Vision (ECCV 2022) is pleased to invite researchers from both academia and the industry to submit applications to present demonstrations. This is a unique opportunity to showcase computer vision algorithms and systems to ECCV attendees.

Academic applications need not be related to the accepted or published papers. Submissions of any demonstration showcasing the effectiveness of computer vision methods are encouraged. We will prioritize the demonstrations that let the user engage, experiment, and interact with the system rather than simply show recorded videos. Industrial applications demos must be based on accepted papers in conferences, workshops, or journals in computer vision and related fields. Demonstrations by industrial partners focusing on novel research outcomes are welcome, while commercial products should be presented as part of the ECCV Exhibits.

The best demonstration will be awarded the ECCV 2022 Best Demo Prize. Demonstrations   must be presented physically during the main conference at ECCV 2022, but the presenters need to have a backup plan in case the main conference switches to virtual.

To propose a demo, fill and submit the ECCV 2022 Demo Proposal Form (https://forms.gle/25sLBJVrjahaCb1r7). All presenters of accepted demos must register for ECCV 2022. The demo chair will accept demonstrations according to their scientific merit and relevance to ECCV 2022.
